Pursuant to Public Health Service (PHS) regulations on Responsibility of Applicants for Promoting Objectivity in Research for which PHS Funding is Sought (42 C.F.R. Part 50, Subpart F
) and Responsible Prospective Contractors (45 C.F.R. Part 94
), Vanderbilt University will make public certain information regarding Financial Conflicts of Interest in Research for PHS-funded Investigators.
If you wish to make such a request, please complete and submit the information below.
You will receive a response by email within 5 business days. You will receive specific information regarding this investigator only if the university has determined that a Financial Conflict of Interest in Research exists.
The report will contain the following information:
A. Investigator’s name
B. Investigator’s title and role with respect to the research project
C. Name of the entity in which the significant financial interest is held
D. Nature of the financial interest
E. Approximate dollar value (in ranges) of the significant financial interest or a statement that the interest is one that cannot be readily determined through reference to public prices or other reasonable measures of fair market value
